the mission
The Mission: To break the cycle of dysfunction and incarceration among at-risk young men by providing a mentoring program, positive role models, character development, job resources, relatable life skills and non-traditional methods.
our vision
Vision: To work with young men that may be on a destructive path, currently enrolled in alternative schools, a history of delinquency, and low performers. Boyz2Men wants to be the big brother to these young men to prevent them from a future of incarceration and instead provide them with the tools to create a life of purpose for themselves. These tools begin with the mind and changing the mind-set of these young men which may stem from a life of poverty. By providing these young men with mentors they can relate to, that grew up just like them and are now successful; begins to change the mind-set. We want these young men to understand that success is not determined by your situation, but success is determined by your game-plan.
Value Statement
In accordance to our mission and vision statement our goal is to reach as many at-risk young men and families as possible. We strive to always act with integrity, honesty, and compassion while partnering with other like- minded organizations, agencies, and donors to effectively use resources to provide resources and services that meet the needs of the at-risk young men within our community.
